It’s August and the weather is turning.
The sun is taking a break as is the heat.
And we exhale…closing our eyes and maybe even grinning a little grin.
Relief.
Full disclosure: I’m not a fan of summer. Shocker I know. :)
Yeah, it has its moments.
Evening drives with the windows down and the music playing. That’s a vibe.
The tomatoes, the melon, the full embrace of personal hydration. I’m a 3 beverage girl on average. lol!
But I’m ready for change. I’m ready for a long sleeve shirt that’s comforting and cool.
I’m ready for my thoughts to be clearer around 68 degrees and some fresh air.
This is how sensitive I am to things. The elements. They are everywhere even when we aren’t looking.
But I see them all the time.
Elements Collection Preview - Prints
This time of year I’m usually getting prepared to head back to the classroom.
So it’s very profound timing for me to be able to share this new collection of prints and items now.
I’ve taken a selection from my 100 Day Project of 2025 along with various other images I’ve been working on and created a series of prints and wearable items including t-shirts and bags that capture what I consider a modern day take on the elements as they exist today. I also really wanted to make things that I wanted to exist!
I also have created prints for the River Series shown above and will be adding more prints soon!
There will be more to come as well as items I plan to customize for a few in-person shows I’m doing, as well as some new Offerings I’m putting together. Subscribe and you’ll be the first to know!
I’ve never done any of this before and I appreciate your patience as I find my way learning how to manage a site and business! We are all here on this big blue planet trying to hang on while it spins and with all that’s going on this exercise in creativity is my lifeline. I’m so incredibly thankful I finally get to do this and share it with all of you and can’t thank you all enough for the support. My goals are vast and I’m learning as I go but I am so thankful to have your company along for the ride.
I’m very proud of this collection and see it as a major goal achieved.
