Come learning how to make unique one of a kind journals with repurposed papers & bags with simple book making techniques. We will learn how to use a 3 hole pamphlet stitch to make signatures, use different methods of creating covers, experiment with folded methods of assembly and will then have time to customize with elastic closures and interior pockets.

Students will have access to tools in class for use during the workshop which will be supplemented with a supply list provided by the instructor upon enrollment.

Students will reimburse the instructor for materials. Please bring $20 to first day of the workshop!

I'm offering a one-day workshop that will open up the potential of your iPhone camera so you can walk away feeling more confident in your photo taking skills and also a bit more creatively inspired. Over the course of the 3 hour workshop I'll show you how to properly utilize a bunch of the settings on your camera, learn basic composition and lighting approaches as well as how to organize your photos into albums and share them.

We'll also go on a "Photo Walk" around the Workhouse Campus so wear walking shoes and appropriate clothes for the weather.
