I am a cloud chaser for sure. I have been taking photographs of the sky and cloud formations for years. These cyanotypes are a small experiment in capturing the ephemeral nature of clouds while honoring the variations of brilliant blue the sky gives us.
Each piece is individually printed on hand-coated watercolor paper exposed at my studio in Lorton, embellished with paint and chalk pastel, mounted on 8”x8” matboard, signed and numbered.
